How Missiora uses AI
Organisations deserve a clear, factual explanation of where AI is used.
Where AI is used & what it does
- Generating interview questions tailored to a role or sector.
- Producing structured feedback and readiness indicators.
- Summarising evidence to help reviewers make informed decisions.
What AI does not do & human oversight
- It does not make automated hiring or pass/fail decisions about individuals.
- It is decision support, not automated decision-making.
- Outputs are reviewed by people; results are guidance, not guarantees.
- AI is not used for advertising or to sell personal data.

Frequently asked questions
Where is data stored?
On managed cloud infrastructure, with data encrypted in transit. Organisational customers can request further detail on storage and sub-processors.
Who owns learner data?
You do. For learner data your organisation uploads, Missiora acts as a data processor and you remain the controller.
Is Missiora a registered company?
Missiora is currently operated as a UK sole trader and is not yet incorporated as a limited company. Formal business registration details will be published here as the business grows. This does not affect our data-protection obligations.
How does AI work?
AI generates interview questions and feedback and helps summarise evidence. It supports human decision-making — it does not make automated hiring or pass/fail decisions about individuals.
Can organisations export data?
Yes. You can request an export of your data at any time by emailing hello@missiora.com.
How do we delete data?
Email hello@missiora.com. Verified deletion requests are actioned within statutory timeframes.
