Our story

Why I built Missiora.

After years teaching and preparing people for careers, I kept seeing the same heartbreaking pattern. This is the honest story of why Missiora exists.

The pattern I couldn't ignore

I've spent years working across cybersecurity, education and employability — teaching thousands of learners and preparing people for technical careers. One thing became impossible to ignore: most people who struggled to get hired weren't failing because they lacked ability. They were failing because no one ever gave them honest, personalised feedback before a real employer made the decision.

I watched intelligent, capable people send out application after application, hear nothing back, and slowly lose confidence — never really understanding what they needed to improve. The feedback that could have changed everything only ever arrived, if at all, as a one-line rejection.

A better use for AI

At the same time, AI became genuinely powerful — and most people started using it to rewrite their CV or generate interview answers. I believed it could do something far more valuable. It could become a real career development partner: something that measures your progress, gives you honest feedback, and helps you improve over time — instead of simply generating content for you.

That's what Missiora is. Not a chatbot that writes your answers, but a platform that tells you the truth about where you stand and helps you close the gap — the way a great coach would.

Who I'm building this for

Missiora is for people who want more from their careers but don't always know what the next step is — whether you're trying to land your first job, change direction, earn more, or prepare for a promotion. I want to give you the clarity, confidence and structured guidance that most people never receive.

Our mission

My mission is simple: to build the UK's most trusted employability intelligence platform — one that helps people measure where they stand, improve what matters, prove it with evidence, and get hired. Measure → Improve → Prove → Get Hired.

The long-term goal is for the Employability Intelligence Score™ (EIS™) to become a standard employers recognise — the way people already recognise IQ, EQ or a credit score. We're building it deliberately and honestly: we ship what works, we're transparent about what's still on the roadmap, and we'd rather show you nothing than show you numbers we haven't earned.
