Missiora™ has invested in building a distinctive employability intelligence platform. Our brand, terminology, scoring methodologies, assessment frameworks, reports, verification system, designs, software and original content are proprietary to Missiora and protected by intellectual-property law.
This page explains what is protected and how our marks may and may not be used. It is written to be legally accurate for our current stage: we use the ™ symbol to assert our rights in these marks. Trade mark registration is in progress; we will update this page as registrations are granted.
Our proprietary names & frameworks
- Missiora™. Our brand name, logo and wordmark.
- Employability Intelligence Score™ (EIS™). Our proprietary 0–100 employability measure and its methodology.
- Hiring Likelihood™. Our employer-facing likelihood metrics (Shortlist, Interview, Hire Readiness).
- Employer Confidence Rating™. Our framework for expressing employer-side confidence in a candidate.
- Career Readiness™. Our terminology for readiness to perform in a specific role.
- Career DNA™. Our competency-profile framework.
- Hiring Committee™. Our multi-perspective AI interview evaluation framework.
What's protected
Our intellectual property includes, without limitation: the Missiora name, logos and visual identity; the names and structure of our scoring methodologies and assessment frameworks; the design and content of our certificates, badges, reports and verification pages; our software, user interfaces and underlying models; and our written and instructional content.
The specific algorithms, scoring logic and internal weightings behind the EIS™ and related metrics are confidential and proprietary. We explain enough for learners to understand how to improve, without disclosing the underlying methodology.
Acceptable use of our marks
- Candidates may share their own certificates, badges and verification links, including on LinkedIn.
- Employers and organisations may refer to a candidate's EIS™ and verified credentials for legitimate hiring and development purposes.
- Referring to 'Missiora™' factually (e.g. in a news article or review) is permitted.
What is not permitted
- Using our names, marks or branding in a way that implies endorsement, partnership or affiliation without written permission.
- Copying, reproducing or reverse-engineering our scoring methodologies, frameworks, software or content.
- Creating derivative or competing metrics, reports or certificates that imitate our proprietary frameworks or trade dress.
- Removing or altering copyright, trade mark or verification notices on any Missiora material.
