We review each referral. It may not qualify if the organisation is already a customer, already in active discussions with us, or has already been referred.
You're paid on a real conversion
If the organisation becomes a paying customer, you receive the referral fee we agree with you in writing. We confirm the fee and conditions in writing before the introduction is progressed.
The referral fee, currency and payment conditions are agreed and confirmed in writing before any introduction is progressed. We don't publish a fixed rate, guaranteed earnings or recurring commission. A referral only becomes payable once the referred organisation has signed up and made the qualifying payment set out in its written referral agreement.
