Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Missiora and are the terms currently in effect. By using Missiora you agree to them.

Who we are

Missiora is currently operated as a UK sole trader. We are not yet incorporated as a limited company; formal business registration details will be added here as the business grows. This does not change our commitments under this policy or under data-protection law.

Using Missiora

You agree to use the platform lawfully, to provide accurate information, to keep your account credentials secure, and to respect the intellectual property of Missiora and its partners.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your CV). You grant Missiora the permissions needed to process that content to deliver the service. Do not upload content you don't have the right to use.

AI-generated feedback

AI-generated feedback, scores and readiness indicators are provided to support practice and decision-making. They are AI estimates, not guarantees of employment or outcomes, and should be used alongside human judgement.

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings. Prices and plan features are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Availability & liability

We work to keep Missiora available and accurate but provide the service on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Organisational agreements

Academy and Enterprise use is governed by a separate commercial contract and, where personal data is processed, a Data Processing Agreement.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Email hello@missiora.com.
