Missiora is currently operated as a UK sole trader. We are not yet incorporated as a limited company; formal business registration details will be added here as the business grows. This does not change our commitments under this policy or under data-protection law.

We collect only what's needed to provide the service: account details (name, email), content you upload (CVs and job descriptions), interview audio, transcripts and results, and how you use the platform.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

To deliver AI interview practice, scoring and feedback; to measure and show your progress; to provide support and service communications; and to keep the platform secure.

For your account data we act as controller, relying on performance of a contract and our legitimate interests in running and improving the service. Where Missiora is provided to you by an organisation (such as your college or training provider), that organisation is the controller for your learner data and Missiora acts as its processor under a Data Processing Agreement.

To generate interviews and feedback, relevant content is processed by trusted AI model providers acting as sub-processors under contractual data-protection terms. AI supports human decisions — it does not make automated hiring or pass/fail decisions about you.

Missiora runs on managed cloud infrastructure and data is encrypted in transit. A current list of sub-processors and storage detail is available on request. See the Trust Centre for more.

You have the rights set out in UK GDPR — including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing hello@missiora.com. Verified requests are actioned within statutory timeframes.

Where Missiora is provided by your organisation, some requests may be handled through them as controller.

We use strictly necessary cookies only. Analytics are disabled by default and will only be enabled with clear notice and appropriate consent controls. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
