Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Missiora handles personal data. A fuller, formally reviewed policy will be published before general availability; this reflects our current practice.

What we collect: account details, uploaded CVs and job descriptions, interview transcripts and results — only what is needed to provide the service. We never sell personal data.

Where data is stored: Missiora runs on managed cloud infrastructure and data is encrypted in transit. See our Data Processing page in the Trust Centre for detail on storage and sub-processors.

How AI is used: to generate interviews and feedback, relevant content is processed by trusted AI model providers acting as sub-processors under data-protection terms. It is used to deliver your results — not for advertising.

Your control and deletion: you own your data and can request access or deletion at any time by emailing hello@missiora.com. Verified requests are actioned within statutory timeframes.

Analytics are disabled by default and will only be enabled with clear notice and appropriate consent controls.
