A closer look at how Missiora works
See the genuine platform, section by section — from spotting who needs support to evidencing the change that followed.

How Missiora works
One loop, from a learner's baseline to evidence of impact
Everyday learner activity sets a baseline. From there the same five steps run end to end — so you always know who needs support, why, what was done and whether readiness improved.
- 1IdentifyRisk Radar surfaces learners whose readiness, attendance, engagement or evidence may need attention.
- 2UnderstandExplainable signals show why a learner was flagged — MERA™, readiness gaps and evidence completeness, not just a score.
- 3InterveneRecord the support given, assign ownership and manage follow-up in the Intervention Command Centre™.
- 4Re-measureReassess readiness and see the change from each learner's baseline after support.
- 5ProveTurn progression, interventions and outcomes into evidence of impact for leaders, funders and inspection.
Missiora helps you organise evidence relevant to the current Ofsted FE & Skills framework. It does not conduct inspections, determine compliance, predict grades or guarantee outcomes. Missiora evidence-status labels are Missiora-defined indicators, not Ofsted judgements or thresholds.
One connected platform
One platform. From early warning to evidence of impact.
Everything works together across the learner journey — so you start with the outcome, and discover the features second.
Spot risk early
See which learners and cohorts may need attention — and why.
Know what to do next
Turn intelligence into prioritised, reviewable staff action with an auditable history.
Align with employers
See what employers ask for, where cohort evidence is weak, and what learners can genuinely demonstrate.
Measure what changed
Connect starting points, actions, re-measurement and outcomes — shown as association, never proof of cause.
Evidence provider contribution
Turn evidence into traceable reports for quality, leadership, inspection and contract conversations.
Understand destinations
Understand where learners progress and connect destination evidence back to the programme journey.
Missiora organises and surfaces employability evidence that may support quality and inspection conversations. It does not determine Ofsted compliance, predict grades or guarantee employment outcomes, and reports movement following an action as association, not proof of causation.
Inside the provider console
This is the actual management view.
Real Missiora provider screens, shown with clearly-labelled demonstration data. No genuine learner information is ever displayed here.

Questions we help you answer
Know who is ready. Know who needs support.
The questions every employability team is expected to answer — with evidence, not impressions.
Which learners are genuinely job-ready?
Which learners are falling behind?
Where are the individual and cohort-wide skills gaps?
Where should tutors intervene?
Are learners improving during the programme?
Can we evidence progress and outcomes?
Can we deliver consistent interview prep at scale?
Can we do it without adding tutor workload?
One joined-up platform
Make employability measurable
Monitor employability signals across learners, cohorts and programmes; identify who may need attention and see why; recommend and record interventions, then track what changed. Compare cohorts, surface employer-demand gaps, track destinations and produce management and board-level evidence. Interview performance, CV quality, ATS compatibility and skills gaps are connected, not treated as unrelated activities.
Missiora Employability Readiness Assessment (MERA™)
One consistent baseline and progress measure for every learner, from enrolment to outcome.
Voice-first AI interviews
Repeatable, structured interview practice at scale — without a tutor running every session.
Hiring Probability™
An evidence-based estimate of how ready a learner is to convert interviews, and exactly what's holding them back.
CV optimisation
Get every learner's CV to employment-market standard, consistently.
ATS compatibility analysis
Make sure learner CVs pass the automated screening real employers use.
Skills-gap analysis
Target intervention on the specific gaps between a learner and their goal role.
Hiring Committee Report™
An evidence-based readiness report you can stand behind with employers, boards and funders.
Career Passport™
A verified, shareable record of what each learner can actually do.

Coach-in-the-Room™
Structured AI interviews, with your coach in the room.
The AI runs a consistent, role-relevant interview and analyses the answers. Your tutor or coach stays involved — watching live, adding observations and steering follow-up questions.
Missiora supports your coaches — it does not replace them, and it does not make hiring or pass/fail decisions. AI feedback supports preparation; it does not guarantee interview success.
- Consistent, role-specific interviews at scale
- A coach can observe the session live Live
- Add private notes and flag strong or weak answers
- Steer the next question — probe deeper or follow up Live
- One combined debrief: AI assessment plus coach observations

Definitions & accuracy
What is MERA™?
The Missiora Employability Readiness Assessment — a readiness measure from 0–100. Each learner's target is held separately from that maximum.
What does 'Provisional' mean?
Available evidence is still incomplete. It is not a judgement of the learner's capability or potential.
What is Hiring Probability™?
An evidence-based estimate, not a guarantee. Missiora does not make hiring decisions.
Does an intervention 'cause' the change shown?
No. Missiora shows the change that followed support. Association is shown; it is never claimed as proof of cause.
Are suggested employers and opportunities verified?
They are suggestions that require your verification. Users review and approve any outreach before anything is sent.

Questions
Frequently asked
Does Missiora replace our tutors?
No. It gives tutors better information and scalable interview practice, so they can focus their time where it has the greatest impact.
What does Missiora actually measure?
Job readiness — interview performance, CV quality, ATS compatibility and skills gaps — combined into one Missiora Employability Readiness Assessment (MERA™) you can track over time.
Can we see cohort-level insight, not just individuals?
Yes. Readiness is visible for individual learners and across cohorts, so you can spot who is ready and who needs support.
How do learners practise interviews at scale?
Through voice-first AI interviews they can repeat as often as they need, without a tutor conducting every session manually.
Can we evidence outcomes to funders and boards?
Yes. Missiora produces individual and cohort progress and readiness evidence you can share in outcome conversations.
