GDPR & your data rights.
Missiora is committed to complying with the UK GDPR and applicable data protection law. We process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, and only for the purposes of providing the service.
Who we are
Missiora is currently operated as a UK sole trader. We are not yet incorporated as a limited company; formal business registration details (and any regulatory registration numbers) will be published here as the business grows. This does not change our data-protection obligations.
For data-protection enquiries, contact hello@missiora.com (a dedicated privacy@missiora.com inbox is being set up). Where Missiora is provided to you by an organisation (such as your college or training provider), that organisation is the data controller for your learner data and Missiora acts as their processor.
Your rights
- The right to be informed about how your data is used
- The right of access to your personal data
- The right to rectification of inaccurate data
- The right to erasure ('right to be forgotten')
- The right to restrict or object to processing
- The right to data portability
Requesting deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@missiora.com. We will action verified requests within statutory timeframes and confirm once complete.
Where Missiora is provided by your organisation, some requests may be handled through them as data controller.
