Payroll Administrators calculate gross-to-net pay, apply PAYE tax codes, National Insurance and pension deductions, process starters/leavers (P45s), run pay runs to deadline, submit RTI (FPS) to HMRC, produce payslips and P60s, and handle pay queries discreetly.
