Missiora
For recruiters & employers

How Hiring Probability™ works — and where your judgement takes over.

Hiring Probability™ turns a candidate's role-relevant evidence into a transparent readiness estimate you can interrogate. It is decision-support, not a decision: it helps you focus interview time on the strongest fit, and you always make the final call.

How the estimate is produced

1

Candidate evidence

The candidate's own assessed activity on Missiora.

2

Signals

Shortlist, Interview and Hire Readiness — each explained.

3

Fixed formula

Published, consistent weightings for every candidate.

4

Your decision

A transparent estimate to support — never replace — your call.

Decision-support only. It cannot see budget, timing or other candidates, and never makes a hiring decision.

The signals behind the estimate

Every estimate is built from a candidate's own activity on Missiora — not self-reported claims. Each signal is shown with the reasoning behind it.

1

Shortlist Readiness

How well the candidate's CV and evidence match the role's requirements and pass automated screening for the specific vacancy.

2

Interview Readiness

How the candidate actually performs under realistic, role-relevant questioning — assessed consistently against the same standard.

3

Hire Readiness

Role-specific competencies drawn from structured assessment, combined into a like-for-like readiness picture across your shortlist.

How the signals combine

A published, fixed-weighting formula combines Shortlist, Interview and Hire Readiness into three transparent estimates — the same maths for every candidate, so comparisons are consistent and explainable.

Where AI interprets an interview, that interpretation is shown with its reasoning. Where the maths is fixed, it is fixed for everyone. Nothing is a black box, and nothing is invented when evidence is missing — Missiora shows you what it does and does not yet have.

What it helps you do

  • Focus your time. Prioritise interviews for candidates whose evidence best matches what the role needs.
  • Compare fairly. A consistent readiness standard reduces reliance on gut feel and CV polish.
  • Explain your shortlist. Each estimate comes with the evidence behind it, so hiring conversations are grounded and defensible.

What it is — and what it is not

Read the estimate for what it is: a readiness signal, not a verdict.

Hiring Probability™ is

  • An evidence-based readiness estimate for a specific role
  • Built from the candidate's own assessed activity
  • Transparent — every signal shows its reasoning
  • A way to focus and support your process

Hiring Probability™ is not

  • A prediction of what any employer will do
  • A guarantee of an interview, offer or employment
  • Able to see budget, timing or other candidates
  • A decision — you always make the final call

Hiring Probability™ is decision-support, not a decision. It does not make hiring decisions, does not reject candidates and never replaces your judgement. Candidates share their own evidence with you, with their consent. AI can make mistakes — use the estimate alongside human judgement.
