Missiora
How It Works

Evidence, safeguards and human decisions

Missiora is built to inform people, not replace them. Here's how evidence flows through the platform — and the safeguards around it.

The process

From role to evidence to a human decision

  1. Step 1

    Define the role

A Role Blueprint sets the capabilities the role needs, with weightings and a minimum readiness bar.

  2. Step 2

    Gather relevant evidence

Capability evidence comes from assessments and structured, role-relevant signals — each with a confidence level.

  3. Step 3

    Understand capability

Evidence is aggregated and labelled per person and per capability, thin evidence shown as provisional.

  4. Step 4

    Identify the gap

The distance between evidence and the blueprint is made explicit — for review, never as a verdict.

  5. Step 5

    Support development

Gaps become objectives, actions and check-ins people can act on, with Career Missions where they help.

  6. Step 6

    Review progress

Evidence updates over time; managers see movement and revisit priorities in a searchable record.

  7. Step 7

    Keep the human decision

A person always makes the call. Missiora never hires, rejects, promotes, disciplines or dismisses anyone.

Human review required

Every people decision requires a person. AI output is decision support only.

No protected characteristics

Missiora never infers or uses protected characteristics for ranking.

Explainable by design

Reasons and confidence are shown alongside every insight.

Permission-scoped access

Deny-by-default roles; managers see their teams, employees see themselves.

Governance, security and data-processing details are shared across Missiora in our Trust Centre and AI transparency pages (shared resources).

Design Partner Programme

Become an Organisation Design Partner

We are inviting a small number of UK organisations to test Missiora with a controlled group of employees, help shape the platform and explore how clearer capability evidence could support their workforce.

  • Time-limited pilot with a controlled group of employees
  • Agreed testing objectives and success measures
  • Subject to onboarding and data-protection readiness
  • Complimentary for organisations accepted into the Design Partner Programme — separate from final commercial pricing

Enquire about the pilot

No permanent free plan or guaranteed outcomes. Pilot terms are agreed with each organisation that joins.
