How your MERA™ works — your readiness, as one honest number.
Your Missiora Employability Readiness Assessment (MERA™) is a transparent 0–100 measure of how ready you are for a specific role today. It's earned from real evidence, it moves as you improve, and it's honest about what it doesn't yet know.
How your score is produced
Evidence
Your CV, target role and AI interview performance.
Assessment
Scored against a consistent, role-specific standard.
MERA™ 0–100
A transparent readiness number with the factors behind it.
Improve
A prioritised plan; your score moves as you improve.
The MERA™ is decision-support, not a guarantee of employment.
What the score is built from
Every point traces back to something you actually did — never self-reported claims.
CV & ATS alignment
How well your CV evidences the role and passes automated screening — measured against the real job description.
Interview performance
How you actually perform under realistic, role-relevant questioning, scored consistently every time.
Role-specific competencies
Technical, behavioural and communication competencies drawn from your Hiring Committee™ assessments.
Progress over time
Your movement on the improvements Missiora recommends for your target role.

Your score and your target are separate
The MERA™ runs from 0 to 100, and your target for a specific role is held separately — so a strong score for one role never pretends to be readiness for every role. You always see it in the context of the job you're aiming for, and as you add stronger evidence and improve your interview performance, your score moves: it's a live measure of readiness, not a fixed grade.
Confidence, provisional status and change
Evidence confidence
The more relevant evidence you provide, the more confident the score. Missiora shows you when confidence is still building.
Provisional status
When there isn't enough evidence yet, the score is marked provisional. That's a sign to build more evidence — never a judgement of your ability or potential.
Why it changes
Your score updates as your evidence and performance change. Repeating an assessment shows the difference from your baseline.
What it is — and what it is not
Read the MERA™ for what it is: an honest readiness signal, not a verdict on you.
The MERA™ is
- A 0–100 readiness measure for a specific role
- Earned from real evidence you generated
- Transparent about the factors behind it
- A live number that improves as you do
The MERA™ is not
- A qualification or certificate of competence
- A guarantee of an interview, offer or employment
- A hiring decision — employers always decide
- A judgement of your worth or potential
The MERA™ measures readiness from evidence generated within Missiora. It does not certify competence or guarantee employment, and AI can make mistakes — use it alongside human guidance.
